What's the minimum order?
Our minimum order is $500 per shipment. Most of our accounts order weekly or bi-weekly and quickly surpass that.
When does coral ship?
Orders placed by Thursday at 5 PM PST ship the following week. Delivery is Tuesday through Thursday via overnight UPS to minimize holding risk on your end.
What if coral arrives dead?
Every shipment is covered by our live arrival guarantee. If an animal arrives dead, document it with a photo within 2 hours of delivery and contact us. We'll issue a credit — no drama.
